Project Management Methodology
Fabex uses Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) methodology for project planning and execution of its automation projects. The methodology emphasises the resources (people, equipment, physical space) required to execute project tasks. We use relevant techniques under this which includes various graphs and charts helping us to monitor and ensure completion of work within budget, which meet or exceed customer expectations.
We have implemented various software solutions to support our project design and execution capabilities. This includes state-of-the-art CAD software enabling our design engineers to design complex automation solutions, a set of MIS system modules which efficiently handles various internal functions like scheduling, procurement, payroll etc. Our heavy dependence on data enable us in the right decision making while running the business.
We have a well defined organisation structure with clearly laid out responsibilities towards successful completion of projects. This includes skilled professionals working in various departments – sales, design, supply chain, production etc and support teams including HR, Admin and Accounts. Production team includes expert PLC/HMI programmers.
